Sub-mandibular Lymphadenitis

A female patient today complained of a painful little swelling just under the angle of her left jaw. No wounds, no mouth sores, nil gum swellings. I sent her home with no medication, having reassured her of the likely zero consequences of the condition.

Michael Jackson - One Year Death Anniversary

I'm watching CNN even as I make this blog entry. Larry King - I love Larry BTW - he's interviewing Jermaine Jackson on Michael's one year death anniversary. So Sad. Death and its mysteries! I resume work today from my weekend off-duty

Weekending At Home

Work resumes tomorrow. I'm currently watching the World Cup match - Argentina is up 2 goals against Mexico's zero! England were thrashed 4 -1 by the German Machine earlier today. Apparently I've been neglecting this blog - but I promise to post medical stuff I encounter on the job, every other day or so from now on - fingers crossed.
